From the lands of Tennessee, I've journied this ol' U S of A, and learned a lot about livin' and a little bout love. Another thing I've learned is that people get a kick out of songs about running girls' cars off the road or throwing electrical items in bath tubs with them. Well, being a man who loves to make people laugh, I write these bizzare songs from my mind and play them with my acoustic guitar in hand.
I won't get into the nitty gritty of my life, but I will go back about 2 and a half years ago...
The Beardless Man formed in the den of my buddy, Richard. A couple of guitarists and bassists later, we played 1 show... ever. However, at that 1 show, I preformed an acoustic set in the coffee shop of the venue. That's when I realized what my calling was. It was to play acoustic shows and sing ridiculous, yet heartfelt songs. That fall, I recorded "Songs to listen to in your journey to defeat the moon men". I played several shows before and after that, but eventually faded away. Towards the end of 2008, I started recording "How I spent my permanent vacation".
2009 is the year of Russell... so get ready.
